ChargesOur estimate is based on the project’s requirements and breaks out our maximum charges in each of three categories: development charges, administrative charges and material costs. Our standard rate is $40 per hour unless specified otherwise below: Development Charges - standard hourly rate up to maximum per estimate. This includes website development, and database design and administration, and site enhancements. Items such as on site photography and retouching, basic graphics creation, and content creation are generally included in the estimated development charges at a lower hourly rate. Administrative Charges - $25 per hour up to maximum per estimate. This includes time spent for domain registration, hosting, Email account administration, and search engine optimization.
Material Charges -
these are charges that usually pertain to hosting agreements (see below) or in the case
where we need to have one of our affiliates create advanced graphics for your site.
As with our other charges, all of these will be spelled out and capped in our estimate.
Our estimate will be based on a Requirements Document that will be provided along with the estimate. Once you approve the estimate and Requirements Document, we will guarantee that the price you pay will not exceed our estimate*, provided that there are no changes in project scope initiated and approved by you, that require significant additional time or cost on our part.
