About Us - Our Tools
Having the right tools and knowing how to use them are as important to a web
developer as they are in any other profession. Surgeons do not use common
kitchen utensils to do their work. Instead, they choose from a selection of
instruments each designed to perform a specialized task. Likewise, a website
developer's tools are varied and specialized. They can include

/ Windows XP SP2- This handy notebook runs php and MySQL locally allowing
us to come to your location and demo your site even without an internet
hookup.
 eMachines T5010 / Windows XP - this beefed up machine has over 3 Gig of memory
and a processor speed to match. Perfect for manipulating graphics and
other complex tasks. Add browsers like Microsoft's Internet Explorer,
Mozilla Firefox, and Opera to packages from AOL and MSN and it makes a pretty
good test platform too.
Dell
Dimensions 4100 / Windows ME- Not everyone out there has the latest equipment and
operating system. This box is used to test against older versions of
many browsers.

Power Mac G5 / OSX Let's not forget that many use Apple products that
have a different operating system and browsers. We use this box to test
against the Safari browser and MS Internet Explorer 5.2 for Mac.
